Carolina Medical Suppliers (Caromeds) was founded in 2005. Our goal is to provide high quality medical supplies for use in emergency and combat situations. We are dedicated to serving the needs of armed forces personnel, emergency medical technicians, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and anyone who works in situations that require quick, effective medical solutions.

Our corporation is directed by highly motivated and resourceful veterans who will work tirelessly to meet your needs. We are committed to making your job easier and supplying you with quality products and excellent service.

Caromeds is a small, veteran owned, hub zone business.

The headquarters office is located adjacent to Fort Bragg and the home of the 82nd Airborne, Special Operations and the 18th Airborne Corps. Carolina Medical Suppliers is honored to serve the armed forces of the United States and its allies and all civilian first responders.

Caromeds takes pride in being a distributor for HemCon® who has revolutionalized hemorrhage control with the HemCon® bandage and the HemCon® Dental Dressing.
