The EPS Pelvic Stabilizer is used in emergency situations to stabilize and injured pelvis during transportation to a higher level of medical care. The EPS is secured by an adjustable Fastex type buckle. Adjustable pressure is then applied by rotating a specially designed "T" bar locking device with a single strap running through it. The use of the single strap creates a bilatteral cinching mechanism producing twice the force in a single rotation of the "T" bar.
