Refunds
We
can process returns and refunds only for items directly
purchased from and fulfilled by
caromeds.
There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and in
resalable condition.
If you place
an order and then cancel it before it is shipped, there will be a 20%
restocking fee applied to all orders.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received
and processed the returned item, and we'll issue a refund in the
same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3
to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
If
the return and refund do not appear in your account within two
weeks from the day you sent us your return, please
contact us
for further assistance.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be
for exchanged, replacement, refund or credit at
caromeds
discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have
more restrictive return policies.
